Assessments of peer service learning

Establishing service learning may facilitate assessments of student-faculty partnerships.  Curtis and Anderson (2021) analyze student-faculty partnerships, where students serve in course design or as instructors, to cooperate on institutional assessment processes.  Analysis can evaluate the efficiency of learning in student-faculty partnerships.  De La Hoz, Zuluaga, and Mendoza (2021) apply cluster analysis, efficiency analysis, and machine learning to evaluate engineering schools.

Both students and faculty in student-faculty partnerships may benefit from peer evaluations.  Niyivuga, Otara, and Tuyishime (2019) suggest peer evaluation for academic staff to assess performance on an individual basis.  International peer service learning may require a multicultural approach to designing assessments.   Almond, Edwards, Kern, Kim, and Tregaskis (2021) examine the formation of societal norms in multi-national corporations.  International peer service learning may benefit students, faculty, and the community (Chaube, 2020).  Chaube (2020) review the student and community impact of international service-learning.  International service learning may build from organizational citizenship behavior theory (ToMaszewska, 2019).  ToMaszewska (2019) review studies developing from organizational citizenship behavior theory.
